When you buy AutoBlogMatic you receive a one-time, perpetual, non-exclusive license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites included in your plan (Single Site, Business, or Agency / Unlimited). The license does not expire and carries no recurring fee.

2 · Permitted use

You may use AutoBlogMatic to research, generate, and publish content on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for reviewing published content and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of your AI provider and host.

3 · Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin files except under an authorized reseller or Agency arrangement.
• You may not remove or alter licensing, copyright, or attribution code.
• You may not use the plugin for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

4 · Bring-your-own AI key

AutoBlogMatic operates using API keys that you supply from third-party AI providers. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for any usage costs they charge. AutoBlogMatic does not resell AI usage and stores your keys encrypted within your own WordPress installation.

5 · Content ownership & responsibility

You own the content generated and published on your sites. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before or after publication. AutoBlogMatic is a tool and does not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.

6 · Updates & support

Your plan includes plugin updates and support for the licensed sites. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. Support is provided through the channels listed on our site.

7 · Disclaimer of warranties

The plugin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBlogMatic and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the plugin. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
